Hiking through some dry creek bedsit Banff just after a light rain brought us to a textural delight. The soft light of the cloud covered sky made for beautiful lighting to photograph these rocks. The soft light worked really well to keep the shadows open and yet not loose the texture of the rocks. Treasures are all around, if you happen to look down.
